Hoy, después de varios días, hice estáticos, tuve un decaimiento mentalmente que no me dejaba entrenar de manera correcta; sin embargo, por fin estoy saliendo otra vez al parque con los mejores ánimos posibles. Cómo verán realmente los estáticos que siempre suelo realizar, sin ningún problema Además, había tomado speed max para que se me subiera más la energía. Hacer estáticos un rato luego de muchos días, siempre cae bien.
Warm greetings to the whole Hive and Street Workout community! I hope everyone is doing great, guys. Today, after several days, I did statics, I had a mental breakdown that didn't let me train properly; however, I'm finally going out to the park again in the best possible mood. As you can see, I really did the statics I always do, without any problems. I had also taken speed max to boost my energy. Doing the statics for a while after many days is always good.
Bueno, chicos, esta no será una publicación tan larga, no hay más que acortar. En las próximas publicaciones les hablaré mucho más. ¿Qué opinas de mis estáticos?
