In a bowl place butter and sugar, beat these 2 ingredients for 10 minutes. Then apply a jet of vanilla essence and juice (you keep beating), and then the lemon zest. Continue beating until you notice that the mixture is quite creamy.

Start adding the eggs, one by one. We continue beating the mixture, until we see that all the ingredients are perfectly mixed.

After the egg add the wheat flour and continue beating until you see that your mix is ready. In the photo you can see how the mix should look.

Once this mix is ready, we proceed to prepare everything to "color" the mixture. I use * 3 types of colors *, which means that we are going to divide the mixture into three equal parts.

After you divide the mixture according to the colors you are going to use, you add the coloring, to each of the mixtures that you took out. With a teaspoon mix until the cream is completely painted.

In your previously greased and floured tray, you will begin to place the mixture, as you see in the photo.
Once all the mixture is in the tray, with a knife, that has the fine tip, you can mix the colors (just a little)
We are ready to place the cake in the oven for 40 minutes.
