I鈥檇 like to share the recipe for the family lunch I made today鈥攊t鈥檚 yellow rice with beef and pork, and it turned out absolutely delicious. Here鈥檚 how I made it

El arroz lo llev茅 a sofre铆r y a帽ad铆 c煤rcuma para darle el color amarillo, lo reserv茅.
Por otro lado, lav茅 muy bien los ali帽os, luego sofrei, y agregu茅 la carne de cerdo y res, sazone con salsa de soya, caldo de pollo deshidratado, sal, adobo, comino, all铆 dej茅 cocinar por aproximadamente 8 minutos; luego baje un poco el fuego y dej茅 que secara por completo.
Este guiso lo incorpor茅 al arroz, agregu茅 la cantidad de agua necesaria, comprob茅 de sal y deje cocinar hasta que hubo secado
