Cheese Omelette with Spinach and potatoes

Always up for new experiments with my kitchen.
Today its spinach + potato Omelette with cheese, carrots, lettuce and a spicy fried grams paste.

Fried the spinach and potatoe slices with some spices and salt and broke the eggs to make the Omelette as it looks in the photo.

Cheese goes with Omelette and it tastes great and makes me feel I'm having some juicy food. I love them.
