Ingredients
- Potatoes 4-5 large potatoes
- Bacon 200 gr.
- Mustard granular 1 table.L.
- Butter 60 gr.
- Spices for vegetables 0,5 tsp.
- Honey 1 tsp. (liquid)

Butter, melt, cool. Add to it mustard, spices, honey. To stir thoroughly.
Gently mix potatoes and mustard sauce.
Form a baking sheet with a foil for baking. Put the potatoes in it. In each incision, put a piece of bacon. Pour the remaining sauce on top of the potatoes.
On top, peel the potatoes with the foil. Make a few holes in the foil with a toothpick. Put the oven in a preheated to 200 degree oven for about 1-1.5 hours (the baking time depends on the type and size of the potato). You can test the readiness with a knife. Then gently remove the foil and brown the potatoes in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 220 degrees.
The original and very tasty dish is ready. Potatoes can be served with a salad of fresh vegetables or chopped rings with fresh onions. Bon Appetit!
