Hello @hivesucre community it is a pleasure to greet you again wishing you the best, this time I share with you my experience in the sporting activity Danzaterapia, held this past Saturday in Guaqueri park in Cumana state Sucre, where @hivesucre was the organizer and sponsor.
The invitation to this activity was via telegram from hivesucre sent to me by my friend @antoniarhuiz , where I immediately said yes to attend this sporting event. In this event I went with my sisters @daysiselena and @theresa16 because when we arrived at the place we connected with the good energy of the nature of my hive family.
The bailoterapio was in charge of Professor José Navarro, who recently started on the platform as @navarretejr giving first some opening words and indications, and benefits to start moving through rhythms such as merengues, salsa, Lambadas and even drum, because after running out of energy we shared fruits as part of the snack and hydration.
Then there were contests, games and a talk by @omarcitorojas, @aksurevm89@edmundochauran, to inform new users who wish to join the #Colmena with the onbording program. It was a very productive activity, because nothing better than being in tune with the sport that brings us good physical and mental health. See you in the next meeting that will be of greater impact.

Hola comunidad @hivesucre es un placer saludarlos nuevamente deseándoles lo mejor, en esta ocasión les comparto mi experiencia en la actividad deportiva Danzaterapia, realizada este pasado Sábado 16 Sep, en el parque Guaqueri en Cumaná estado Sucre, donde HiveSucre fue el organizador y patrocinador.
La invitación a esta actividad fue via telegram de hivesucre que me envió mi amiga @antoniarhuiz , donde inmediatamente dije que sí para asistir a este evento deportivo. En este eventO fui con mis hermanas @daysiselena y @theresa16 pues al llegar al lugar nos conectamos con la buena energia de la naturaleza Y de mi familia hive.
La bailoterapio estuvo a cargo del profesor José Navarro, el cual recientemente inicia en la plataforma como @navarretejr dando primeramente unas palabras de apertura, indicaciones y beneficios para comenzar en movimiento a través de ritmos como merengues, salsa, Lambadas y hasta tambor, despúes de quedar sin mucha energías compartimos frutas como parte del refrigerio e hidratación.
Seguidamente se realizaron juegos, concursos y un conversatorio de parte @omarcitorojas, aksurevm89 Y @edmundochauran para informar a los nuevos usuarios que desean ingresar a la #Colmena con el programa onbording. Fue una actividad muy productiva, pues nada mejor que estar en sintonia con el deporte que nos aporta una buena salud física y mental. Nos vemos en próximo encuentro que será de mayor impacto.
