It wasn't too much of a day activity-wise for us but Lulu and I got to enjoy a rather pleasant loop around Lynx Lake.
We got a later than usual start to our morning walk, but we were both up for a quick couple of miles to get the day started on a positive note.
It was so sunny and mild for the walk and I'm hoping this weather keeps up for the foreseeable future and the snow is light this winter.
Lynx Lake was relatively quiet today even with the free parking Wednesday perk from the Forest Service. That just meant quiet trails and tranquility for our 3 mile trek around the lake.
Just a couple of other hikers to share the trail so Lulu was content to amble along with a couple of quick stops for her customary splash in the lake before heading back to the trailhead to finish our relaxing walk.
