Well today wasn't much of a day to get outdoors and do some serious exercise as we spent a few hours transporting a beautiful Brittany rescue towards her new home in Nevada instead.
At least I was able to do a bit of walking around the old Route 66 town of Holbrook as we were about an hour ahead of schedule (plus Lulu had the chance for some exercise as well)
After a few more hours I had the chance to stretch my legs again out in Kingman on the other side of Northern Arizona for another mile or two.
So it wasn't the greatest day of activity but helping little Dixie make her way to a new home was great and it wad a wonderful day overall.
Tomorrow I'm hoping to head out for some hiking and prospecting down south of here for some warmer activity and then I'll try to blog about our trip with Dixie.
