It was a long day but at happy one as not only did I manage a good 5+ afternoon miles on the trails, I helped a beautiful little Brittany Spaniel on her drive to her forever homes.
I slept overnight at the NM state line so it was an early transport and I was back home a little after noontime so it was good to get out and stretch my legs on a run.
Despite the hours on the road I wasn't tired and the trail miles went by nicely.
A really great Sunday and I hope little Paisley Grace has a long and happy life.
