We spent a few enjoyable hours up in Flagstaff so my wife could see her doctor and get some shopping done while Lulu and I headed up and out of the trail.
The recent snow high up on Humphreys Peak looks to have melted away, and the trail up towards the Observatory was clear and perfect for a morning hike.
Lulu really loves this area and couldn't wait to get going. No squirrels or other critters were out but there were quite a few people out as well which kept her happy.
Finished our 4 mile hike at the big city park where Lulu had a good roll in the cool green grass and a drink in the now full Thorpe Pond before heading back home.
