Good evening to all my friends in Steem land - hope it was a great day for all.
Started my run on the main roads as I had to stop at the post office but soon was able to head out onto the wonderful trails. Seems today was mountain bike day
as I came across 10 riders on my run. Great thing is that the cyclists are always great on the trails and courtesy seems to be the main theme with us trail folk.
Always love how much more enjoyable it is running on the trails. With all the twists and turns and nature's beauty it is easy to lose track of the miles covered and it's never tedious or boring like road running can be, plus the company is more interesting.
And the scenery is much more enjoyable.
Two more weeks until I head down the road to Phoenix to help set up and then compete in the Fat Ox. Time to get my race pack together.
