馃挭En esta oportunidad les traigo esta rutina con este manera diferente como grupo muscular como lo es entrenar espalda con tr铆ceps, ya que normalmente entrenamos los grupos musculares normarles que son pectorales con tr铆ceps y y espalda con b铆ceps y tambi茅n se le incluye los deltoides. Pero en esta ocasi贸n es diferente adem谩s de l lo a ejercicios que se incluye una biserie a la rutina. La cual es de nivel intermedio entrenar con biserie ademas se le agrego un ejercicio con una barra casera tipo gym para mayor dificultad y tensi贸n muscular馃挭.
