Hello Runners…

I'm finally back to my running routine after months of interruption for various reasons. (Huh, Titis... you sure have lots of excuses!)

I started a few days ago, and also yesterday, Saturday. My muscles and joints were really protesting during my absence from running. I felt it. However, for some reason, there were always reasons that kept me from running. Especially during the fasting month. Yes, because of the sudden change in work hours, which was very less conducive.

But, yesterday, I returned to running with my regular distance, regular track, and regular time.

Saturday, Situ Gintung, 3:45 p.m. I started running again at a slow pace after a sufficient warm-up. I felt like I had to re-establish muscle memory in my body so I wouldn't go too fast or too slow, hoping my muscles wouldn't be shocked. And I succeeded. I ran at the same rhythm as usual, keeping a comfortable pace for each kilometer.

I continued running while enjoying the view of the lake I'd missed. My total running time was 37:11 minutes for a total distance of 5.26 km. Average pace: 7:04/km.

After running, I sat down and took a selfie. I loved the sunshine. When I took the selfie, I looked fresh and sweaty. My skin also looked healthy.

Finally, I'm back here. Thank you for reading my post.
