My favourite mock meat ever is duck because the texture and the taste is seriously insane! Yes it鈥檚 got no nutritional value but the magical gods who made it somehow managed to get a crispy skin layer on top 馃槺 HOW? It also tastes just like duck and goes amazing served as duck pancakes too! When I鈥檓 sick of pancakes I chop it up and throw it in my fried rice.
