Good Morning!
It's rather chilly today. Yesterday managed to build raised bed garden, cut grass, clean up backyard, and sunbathed. Today we planned to dig up plants and move them to the bed, but it's a cold morning 馃槄 My husband did leave, like 5 mins ago, to grab soil and mulch tho. So let's see 馃槉
This morning I was checking my old page on Steemit and saw that I have bazillion recipes that I have yet to add to my own recipe website. Same as Hive. Hundreds recipes still not added yet to IndoRecipe.com 馃槄 I seem to only remember to do it whenever I'd like to cook or bake something that I have already made and check on my recipe site and it's not there. Hmmm I know I made it, did I post it only on Steemit? Hmmm was it on Hive? Darn it, gotta scroll down thousands posts to find it 馃ぃ馃ぃ馃ぃ馃ぃ Ah well, imma just cook/bake something else 馃槄馃ぃ馃槄馃ぃ
Steemit, Hive, please be alive forever, so I don't lose those recipes 馃ぃ馃馃ぃ馃

Enough milk (watch the vlog!)
2 eggs
6 tbsp sunflower oil
2 c flour
1 tbsp BP
A generous big pinch of salt
Brown the beef, season with sauces and powder, stir in chives, cool to room temperature
In a measuring 1 c, pour juice and milk, let stand for 5 mins to curdle
Pour mixture into food processor, add in eggs and oil, blend to combine well
In a bowl mix dry ingredients, make a well in center, pour wet ingredients and half of the beef mixture
Fold to just combine
Grease large muffin pan, pour batter in and bake on preheated 400 F for 18-20 mins
Cool on rack (serve warm or room temperature)
This recipe makes 6 large muffins. You can prepare double batch to use up all the beef. You can save the left over beef for another tim, OR you can use the leftover beef for other goodies. Beef can even be served to top warm rice 馃槉
