Happy Sunday everyone! I hope you are all having an enjoyable weekend so far. I know I have, the weather has been great and I'm in my backyard enjoying my second cup of coffee! Later today I need to get out and harvest some tomatoes and peppers in my garden. The plants produce so much this time of year, it's great!

As always, on Sundays, I'm continuing my weekly giveaway initiative. It's now on week 78, but it seems like yesterday that I started it up. I only had three or four prizes and I would get five or six entries at first. I'm shocked it's still around to be honest, but enough of you enjoy it that I've kept it running! This week we had 50 valid entries, down from the all time high of 73. But still a pretty good turnout

My goal is to help you all grow your accounts here on Hive. It's also my way of giving back to the community that has been so kind to me over the last two and a half years. Hive is a wonderful place and I appreciate all of you!

I too have become a walker when it comes to exercise. I wore out my body running for too many years in the Army and playing contact sports. A nice brisk walk is ideal for me now. This was this overall favorite form of exercise picked this week. Jogging

I used to do this a lot in my younger years and I used to enjoy it. It's invigorating, that much is certain. It's a great way to get the heart pumping and keep in great cardiovascular shape. Swimming

I have always loved swimming and learned to swim at an early age. Once I moved to the Caribbean I started diving and snorkeling on the reefs around the islands. It's great exercise and a lot fun. I still enjoy swimming but stick to the pools now, the ocean off of southern California is too cold to enjoy swimming too much. Also a bit murky which I don't like! Running

All out flat running is fun, at short distances anyway! Back in my athletic days it was fun while playing basketball and football, but I'll leave this one for the younger people! It's great exercise and gets you in shape, but tough on the joints! Thanks for this pick to @ladyaryastark , @ronnie10 , @jorgebgt and @necho41 !

Basketball

I used to love playing basketball when I was younger. I'm a taller guy so by the time I was a late teen I was able to dunk the ball. I really haven't done that in several years now, jumping isn't as much fun as it used to be! This is a great sport that really gets you in excellent condition. But always use a mouth guard, I broke several teeth playing basketball when I was younger. It can be a rough sport! Thanks to @gatet , @jhonnygo and @tortangkahoy for this recommendation!

Cycling

This is one sport I never got into all that much. I've done some mountain biking which was fun, but never was very serious about it. It's great exercise and gets you in excellent cardiovascular condition. Thanks for this pick to @cositav , @rajpootg and @bntcamelo !

The Giveaway

I will be giving out one prize of five (5) HSBI. Second and Third prizes will be 1 DUO tokens, the token I recently launched with @bulliontools and @bitcoinman . It offers those who stake sufficient tokens daily curation on quality posts, dividends, and a tipping bot. It also helps to onboard and retain new Hive members. At the end of the post there is a link to the white paper and where to purchase the tokens. Fourth prize is 100 BBH tokens. Fifth prize will be 250 CCD tokens. Sixth prize is 10 ARCHON tokens. To participate you need a reputation level of at least 25 and bots cannot win. And please one entry per person to make it fair to everyone.

I currently have sponsors who also kick in some HSBI units to the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth regular spin winners. None on the bonus spins. The sponsors can still enter the giveaway, however, if they happen to win on one of the spins they sponsor I will re-spin the wheel for another winner. You can't sponsor HSBI units to yourself!

Choosing the Winners

All valid entries will be placed on the Wheel of Names and I will spin it four times. The first prize will be 5 HSBI units. The second and third prize will be 1.5 DUO tokens. Fourth prize will be 100 BBH tokens. Fifth prize will be 250 CCD tokens. Sixth prize will be 10 ARCHON tokens. And since I am spinning the same wheel over and over it is theoretically possible for the same person to win all of prizes! Although I have yet to see it happen, maybe this week?
