Fragrant Potatoes in Charcoal Foil

Ingredients

• 10 potatoes;
• 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
• 4–5 cloves of garlic;
• salt - to taste;
• seasoning for potatoes - to taste.
  
  

Cooking

Peel the potatoes and make cuts across the width, not finishing them. Put each potato on a piece of foil.

Mix the oil, put through a press garlic, salt and seasoning. Grease the potatoes outside and in the slots. Shake foil and place on hot coals for about 30 minutes, until the tubers are soft.
