Potatoes come to rescue when nothing else is there. Oh yes! Feeling hungry, want to have home cooked food but without any extra efforts - just get some potatoes out of the basket and here you go! Aloo ki sabzi is tasty and comes handy. With some basilica ingredients always available at home and 5-10 minutes of work, you can make a delicious recipe. Let’s see how we make it.

3 potatoes,
ginger,
2 tomatoes,
salt according to taste,
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder,
1/2 tbsp haldi powder,
1/4 tbsp rock salt,
1/2 tbsp Bhuna jeera powder
Step 1: Boil the potatoes and peel them off. Keep aside.
Step 2: take tomatoes and ginger In a mixing jar. Grind to a fine paste.
Step 3: take mustard oil in a pan. Add the tomato mix and let it cook. Add all spices and let the gravy cook till it leaves the oil from the side.
Step 4: mash the potatoes gently with hands to solid pieces. Add to the tomato gravy and mix well. Now add about 300 ml water to the mix to make a semi thick gravy.
Step 4: cover the pan for about 10 minutes till the potatoes are properly cooked.
Step 5: Serve hot with puris.
