I am hobbling around work at the moment after a 50km run yesterday. It was a tough day out but had a lot of positives to take a way from it. I have just checked my photo's for the race, so you will see some cool images for the 
Another great week of posts and getting some new faces posting and sharing their activities over the week. No PB's for the number of posts made during the week, but we still have 49 activities posted while using the service, which I think is still pretty cool.
The weekly rewards extend to include the top 15 atheletes, with a currect prize pool of 5 HBD. As usual, we are seeing some great runs and rides, but also kayaking and gym sessions, which I didn't even know would work, but that is still awesome.
Extending to the month of September 2022, the leader board is working on "Calories" burned over the week, which has really mixed things up a bit. We are rewarding the top 15 athletes with the goal of expanding this depending on usage.
