This week I'm on breakdown service and I got a call in the morning I had to drive out for, it was in the same direction the Mantel Superstore is in, so my daughter came with me to go and take a look for

Went to the group ride yesterday morning and got there early at 5am so I could get a warmup done before the others got there as I was beat already and did not sleep well. OF COURSE we did a big climb up

Enjoying my morning bike rides through misty Dutch landscapes and golden hour light before the darker days arrive.

(Here is another nice photo of the Isar that I took last weekend. The weather was truly fantastic that day. It’s a shame that it’s over for now—at least as far as the temperatures go.) Hi Actifitters,

That day, I cycled to Cape Foros, located between the Poda Protected Area and Kraimorie. The place is very beautiful, but also exposed and very windy. You get there via a dirt track that runs along the

Yesterday morning I was downtown for my first job by 9am at the rental house. AS I stood waiting for the tenants I noticed the deck boards need some serious work done to reset them as a bunch of the trex

After more than 12 months got organised to get my Sydney bicycle ready to ride. The backstory is a cracked rim 12 months ago repaired straight away and the bike stayed in the garage. Not true as we did

(I took this photo on Sunday while out for a long walk with my wife to keep our legs moving after our long run on Saturday.) Hi Actifitters, after ten days without cycling training, I wanted to challenge
