#cycling

Yesterday with @outlinez and I traveled to the Karandila area to celebrate the birthday of a girlfriend from our cycling group. In addition to celebrating and having a wonderful time, we did a lot of cycling

Okay so I like to explore towns early in the morning, and in Osaka in Japan this means you encounter a lot of people on bikes cycling to work this also means you end up with a lot of photos that are similar,

(This photo was taken on Tuesday evening while I was out jogging with my wife. Sunsets can be truly impressive.) Hi Actifitters, yesterday, I managed to motivate myself to burn a good amount of calories

Culminar el año con una victoria tan elocuente es digno de aplauso. Tan solo 20 años hace unos días, y faltando 18 km y monedas, se desprende paulatinamente del pelotón principal y hasta la vista. En mi

This week I'm on breakdown service and I got a call in the morning I had to drive out for, it was in the same direction the Mantel Superstore is in, so my daughter came with me to go and take a look for

Went to the group ride yesterday morning and got there early at 5am so I could get a warmup done before the others got there as I was beat already and did not sleep well. OF COURSE we did a big climb up

Enjoying my morning bike rides through misty Dutch landscapes and golden hour light before the darker days arrive.

(Here is another nice photo of the Isar that I took last weekend. The weather was truly fantastic that day. It’s a shame that it’s over for now—at least as far as the temperatures go.) Hi Actifitters,

Yesterday morning we dropped R at school then took J to school and went in for the Pastries and Parents event before school. Mid morning I went out for a ride and was testing out the new cassette on my

El Giro de Lombardía, el último de la temporada, está más abierta que nunca. Para los que no lo conocen, le dicen “la clásica de las hojas muertas”, y básicamente tiene que ver con que se corre en otoño

Last week, I had a meeting with a different traumatologist to get a second opinion about my hip condition. I have been feeling slightly better since I came back from Portugal, but I am aware it is due

(Here is a photo of the Isar again after quite some time. Since the river isn't too far from where we live, we enjoy going for walks there. This photo was taken last weekend.) Hi Actifitters, even though

That day, I cycled to Cape Foros, located between the Poda Protected Area and Kraimorie. The place is very beautiful, but also exposed and very windy. You get there via a dirt track that runs along the

Yesterday morning I was downtown for my first job by 9am at the rental house. AS I stood waiting for the tenants I noticed the deck boards need some serious work done to reset them as a bunch of the trex

(I took this photo on Sunday while out for a long walk with my wife to keep our legs moving after our long run on Saturday.) Hi Actifitters, after ten days without cycling training, I wanted to challenge

(Only autumn can produce such brilliantly red leaves. I took this photo last weekend while I was out and about with my wife.) Hi Actifitters, yesterday, reverse pull-ups were on the agenda again. Just

Dos noticias y algo pendiente Parece mentira que esté hoy por acá 😁 otra vez, ¡tan pronto! Ah, es que tengo dos buenas noticias que compartir: arreglaron el cable de fibra óptica que habían cortado, parece

This day, @оutlines and I cycled to the Poda Protected Area. We set off at noon and headed south of the city. The weather was perfect for outdoor activities. After crossing the bridge, we got onto the
