My sister in Edinburgh sent us some cheese from I.J. Mellis who have a shop at the end of her road. It is the sort of place you tend to come out of somewhat poorer, but happier as they have quality produce.
With my cheese I have a bottle of McEwan's Champion. This is a pretty strong beer at 7.3%.
It is a dark beer with a good head.
This is a beer with plenty of flavour. There is definitely something fruity about it. For me one bottle in an evening is enough, but it is not the sort you swig down.
