Yesterday, Saturday, I spent time with a group of friends I hadn't seen in a while due to our busy schedules. The gathering was a perfect opportunity not only to talk, hug, and catch up, but also to share some ice-cold beers. We were at a nightlife spot, and although the place was packed, the owner set up some tables specifically for us. Since we were a large group, we decided to order a "bucket of beers." At this venue, the bucket deal consisted of 10 beers for $8. The bucket could include Polar Negra and Polar Light; we chose all Polar Negra, as it is the group's favorite.
Estábamos en un local nocturno y, aunque el sitio estaba abarrotado, el dueño dispuso unas mesas específicamente para nosotros. Como éramos un grupo grande, decidimos pedir un "tobo de cervezas". Polar Negra is one of the country's oldest beers and the second most consumed in Venezuela. It is produced by the famous Polar company, a brand that serves as a symbol of national identity. Polar Negra—often affectionately called "Polarcita"—is a pilsner-style beer with an alcohol content of 5%. Created in 1941, it is made from malt, water, hops, and yeast. It is available in both cans and returnable bottles.

In the end, we each bought a "bucket of beers" and shared them among the group. We also bought some snacks to eat. As always, we had a pleasant and fun time, full of laughter, hugs, and heartwarming conversations. Without a doubt, it was a different kind of Saturday—a #beersaturday.
