Milk maid 1 tin (525 ml)
Water 1 litter
Sugar 250 g
Gelatin 35 g
Almond essence 3-4 drops
Fruit salad (to serve)
Method
1.Mix the milk with water and heat it.
2.Mix the gelatin with sugar .
3.When the milk is warm put the sugar mixture to it and stir it well to dissolve the gelatin then add the almond essence before taking out from fire .
4.Strain though a fine strainer remove the bubbles .
5.put on a flat tray to set, serve with fruit salad.
