This is one of the most exciting time of the year for me because it is my birthday on July 3rd and America’s Independence Day on July 4th, federal holiday. People take days off, go to the beach, BBQ etc. I get to do all these activities one day earlier, starting with my own birthday. So here am I, sharing some pictures from yesterday dinner.
The scenery was awesome, the weather was beautiful.
We chose steak dinner and my fav is the Aussie Outback.
Medium/rare with loaded baked potato and steamed veggies.
And a crazy desert, funny name that I don’t remember. Hot cookie at bottom, with ice cream and whipped cream on top and warm syrup and lots of shredded chocolate and some nuts.
When we left we burned some fireworks sticks. It was a wonderful day!
