Hello everyone! I already wrote, that I love to cook and especially to bake. When I was little, I liked to surprise my family with my culinary masterpieces. My mom had a cookbook, when my mom wasn't home, opened it and started cooking. When mom came home, she was waiting for a mountain of dirty dishes and I, all soiled in flour and dough))) Mom sighed, turned on the kettle and we sat down to drink tea with my cake. There is one recipe, that I learned very quickly. I like the fact, that the necessary products are always in the refrigerator and even a child can cope with the preparation or at least help you in the cooking process. This cake is called Charlotte.
You will need:
1 Cup flour,
1 Cup sugar,
eggs - 3 PCs.,
large apples - 3 PCs. (better sour or sweet and sour),
baking powder-1 tsp,
cinnamon - to taste.
So simple. Wash the apples, peel, cut into medium slices. Break the eggs in a deep bowl, beat with a mixer with sugar. In a separate bowl, mix the flour with baking powder, add to the eggs, mix thoroughly. We will get a pretty thick dough. Take a baking dish, grease with butter, at the bottom of the parchment stele. Spread the apples, spread the dough on top. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
Bon appetit!
