Chinese New Year is always about family and feasting and this year, although we didn’t fly overseas as we usually do, a lot of feasting was had!
We decided to take my parents to a new dim sum place and we’re so glad we went. The dim sum, although more expensive than other places, was fresh and delicous. Their duck dish was tender and well cooked with a crispy skin. My parents loved this place which made me glad as they can be picky with Asian food when eating out.
This is the xiao lung bao we had. This was probably one of the top ones I’ve had as it was moist and full of soup. Also, the skin was nice and thin! Yay!
