After watching some Korean shows, I’ve been craving some Korean food!

This is one of my favourite Korean dishes - jap chae. Once considered a royal dish, it’s a very popular dish today and is often served on special occasions, such as weddings, birthdays and holidays.

Japchae is super healthy and can be served hot or cold. It’s made from Dangmyeon which are pale grey, semi transparent chewy noodles made from sweet potato starch. Most people also refer to them as glass noodles. Jap chae usually has a variety of ingredients such as beef, chicken or pork and some vegetables such as carrot, spinach and cabbage and also, onions and mushrooms. In Korea, its commonly served as a banchan (side dish), though it may also be a main dish.

This one was sooo good and very reasonably priced.
