Tried this new dish today and it was super yummy. Runny eggs are something I missed whilst pregnant so every time I go out now, I make sure they’re perfectly ooozy. This dish is for the mushroom lovers out there - sautéed mushrooms, kale, cauliflower purée and slow eggs. Yum.
