Preheat your oven to 200 ° C.
Prepare a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients for meatballs, meat, bread crumbs, onions, garlic, egg, oil and ginger. Mix with a large spoon or by hand and then form small dumplings that you drop as you go on the hotplate. once all the balls are formed, bake the plate for 12 minutes.
The sauce:
Put all the ingredients for the sauce in a small pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon.
