Dear hive friends

hi everyone how are you, I haven't made a post on the platform that I love, I pray that my friends who are on this platform are always healthy and have never been exposed to disease let alone covid-19 disease. Alright friends as usual I will post brownies on this occasion, brownies have become a cake that I have dreamed of ever since I was a child until now.

as we know cakes or sponge brownies are cakes that are very popular in Indonesia and are in great demand by mothers. and this brownie cake brings quite an impressive flavor and is also very tempting when we see the brownie cake. because with the chocolate paste which is very soft. well on this occasion I will share or teach a little about how I make this brownie cake.

well as for here I will list what ingredients we have to prepare to make this brownie cake.

INGRIDIENTS

4 eggs
175 grams of granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
80 grams of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
30 grams of cocoa powder
20 grams of grated cheese

WAYS TO MAKE IT

ok friends here I will share how to make it and there are several steps to make it.

the first stage is we melt all the chocolate that we have provided and then stir until all are destroyed and then flatten with cooking oil and stir again until smooth.
then chocolate that has been destroyed we put the eggs one by one then we stir until evenly distributed or mixed with chocolate.
then we enter the flour little by little and stir until evenly mixed with chocolate and eggs that have been mixed earlier.
then the mixture that we have stirred before we put it in the pan.
and the next step is we heat the oven when the oven is hot before we put the dough pan into the oven. and we wait for about 30 minutes or half an hour or less.
when the time needed is enough then remove the baking sheet from the oven then it becomes a very delicious brownie.
