If we review our photographs in the family album or in the cell gallery we will realize that our face has changed over the years. It is impressive to observe our baby, child, adolescent and adult selves, perhaps retaining some characteristics. Many times, it is difficult for us to identify ourselves with those faces. The reflection in the mirror does not represent how we feel, there is a clash between reality and our inner world. Then we feel that the calendar takes its toll and we come to regret many decisions, but that is life, a sum of pleasant and unpleasant experiences.

While it is true that our moods are reflected in our faces, we are not always an open book that can be read. As humans, we have learned to conceal or cover up our emotions, either out of prudence or to fit in with certain groups. Social canons have also imposed certain patterns of behavior. I remember that in my adolescence I enrolled in a course in which I was not interested in following my "friends". I left frustrated, but I learned to move with my passion. That's how I found my identity.

Facial expressions will change as our emotions do, even involuntarily, if we are happy, a big smile will be drawn on our face, the opposite could be a frown to denote anger or annoyance. The same happens with fear, sadness, surprise and disgust. I have experienced these feelings at different times, mostly because of the circumstances in which we live, which can be suffocating. What bothers me the most is when people lie to me and, therefore, want to take advantage of me. The worst thing happens when people you really care about do it. There is nothing left but to walk beside the deception for a moment and turn the page in order to move forward.

Experiences teach you and make you stronger. It is always necessary to drain and I find that writing as therapy works very well. I still believe in people. I am not one of those people who recriminate and judge others. Everyone is free to go the way they want to go based on their well-being. You also have to give your thoughts a break and let yourself go, the best is what happens. See you soon.
