Yesterday I made snacks from unripe bananas, well this time I will make snacks from ripe bananas, hehhe Indeed, if the basic ingredient is bananas, any snack will definitely be delicious, the important thing is there is a will to do it, while sitting with the children, and the children ask to be made snacks from bananas, and without waiting long, I immediately looked at what ingredients were in the refrigerator, coincidentally there were still bananas that were very ripe, making fried bananas seemed impossible, so I tried making these chocolate-filled banana balls, because children like to eat chocolate the most.

The basic ingredients are chocolate bananas, a delicious combination of flavors on the tongue, anyone who tries it, especially children, of course adults also really like snacks like this, especially when sitting with family at home, in the morning on weekends and accompanied by a glass of delicious hot coffee, well, rather than being curious today I will share the recipe with all of you, hopefully you like the recipe I share. • Buka pisang dari kulitnya sampai habis semua, lalu lumatkan pisang menggunakan sendok saja sampai tektir pisang sedikit halus

• Once the bananas are smooth, add the flour gradually, then make it like a dough until the dough can be shaped.

• Then shape the dough into balls and don't forget to add chocolate sprinkles as a filling.

• After all the dough has been rounded, dip the dough into the flour solution then into the breadcrumbs, roll the dough into the breadcrumbs.

• After everything is coated in breadcrumbs, fry in hot oil until it is completely cooked and turns golden brown.

• Once everything is cooked, remove and drain and the chocolate banana balls are ready to be served on a serving plate.

RESULTS

Finally my Chocolate Balls snack is ready to be enjoyed with my child, because this is a snack that my child requested, a combination of delicious flavors, sweet on the inside with chocolate flavor and crunchy on the outside, my child never gets tired of eating it until it's finished, oh yeah, there's still a little bit of dough left so I just keep it in the refrigerator, tomorrow I will fry it again, or tomorrow I will process it into another snack, we'll see tomorrow hehhehe..
