Today I’m going to share a recipe for a sweet, easy-to-make snack that’s chewy and melts in your mouth, it’s called hetteok, a sweet pancake made from yeast dough. Filled with chocolate that melts when baked, it tastes delicious and is fun to eat. Alright, let’s get started
Ingredients:
250 grams all-purpose flour
3 tbsp granulated sugar
125 ml whole milk
1 tbsp instant yeast
50 grams butter
a pinch of salt

Instructions:
Place the medium-protein flour in a bowl
Add the instant yeast
Add the granulated sugar
Mix the dough until well combined
Add the warmed milk while stirring the dough until it looks like this
Add the margarine and pinch of salt
Knead the dough again until well combined
Let the dough rest for 1 hour
Take 20 grams of dough and flatten it
Fill the dough with chocolate filling
Seal the dough and shape it like this
Do the same thing until all the dough is used up
Sprinkle with flour to prevent the dough from sticking
Melt a little margarine in a pan
Fry pan the dough until it turns golden brown
Flip the dough until cooked through
Repeat until all the dough is used up
Sprinkle with cinnamon powder on top to add aroma and a touch of healthy flavor
