Una de las cosas que como familia disfrutamos en casa es salir a comer algo rico, y unos días atrás decidimos parar a comer en un restaurante de pollo a la broaster, ya que veníamos súper tarde a casa y sin muchas ganas de cocinar.
Este lugar se llama Pollos Nyco y por muchos años fue nuestro lugar favorito para ir a comer pollo, de hecho celebramos varios cumpleaños ahí, pero teníamos bastante tiempo sin ir, así que ese día después de hacer mercado para reponer algunas cosas en casa paramos a almorzar.
Este lugar nos queda cerca de casa, y aunque es pequeño, es bastante cómodo, y lo mejor de todo es que tiene un muy buen aire acondicionado que con el.calor horrible que hay en la isla últimamente, se agradece un montón, y por supuesto se disfruta mucho más el momento.
Para los cuatro pedimos un combo especial que se llama Nyco Fiesta, que traía diez piezas de pollo, papas fritas, arepitas y ensalada, y debo decir que fue más que suficiente, de hecho terminamos llevando tres piezas de pollo a casa.
El pollo estaba tan rico como lo recordábamos, pero bastante costoso (20$), sobre todo si lo comparamos con otros lugares a los que hemos ido últimamente donde es mucho más económico y muy sabroso, pero para un gusto muy de vez en cuando no estuvo mal. También merecemos consentirnos de vez en cuando y disfrutar momentos lindos en familia.
Los niños estaban más que felices, porque ellos aman ese lugar, así que aprovecharon al máximo la visita, y yo no me puedo quejar, la comida estaba deliciosa, y en general fue un momento especial para compartir tiempo juntos comiendo rico, en un ambiente muy agradable.
One of the things that we as a family enjoy at home is going out to eat something delicious, and a few days ago we decided to stop to eat at a broaster chicken restaurant, since we were coming home very late and without much desire to cook.
This place is called Pollos Nyco and for many years was our favorite place to go to eat chicken, in fact we celebrated several birthdays there, but we hadn't been there for a long time, so that day after going to the market to replenish some things at home we stopped for lunch.
Is close to home, and although it is small, it is quite comfortable, and the best of all is that it has a very good air conditioning that with the horrible heat that there is on the island lately, is appreciated a lot, and of course you can enjoy the moment much more.
For the four of us we ordered a special combo called Nyco Fiesta, which had ten pieces of chicken, fries, arepitas and salad, and I must say it was more than enough, in fact we ended up taking three pieces of chicken home.
The chicken was as tasty as we remembered it, but quite expensive ($20), especially if we compare it to other places we have been to lately where it is much cheaper and very tasty, but for a very once in a while treat it was not bad. We also deserve to pamper ourselves from time to time and enjoy nice moments with the family.
The kids were more than happy, because they love that place, so they made the most of the visit, and I can't complain, the food was delicious, and in general it was a special moment to share time together eating delicious food, in a very pleasant atmosphere.
