Nueva captación para Hive Margarita 🌴🌊 [Esp/Eng]

En Hive Margatita el trabajo continúa y es que ya con nuestra comunidad creada y el programa de onboarding de @ocd cada día hay algo que hacer, sobre todo con el onboarding ya que no se trata solo de captar usuarios, sino del acompañamiento previo que lo hemos establecido en tres meses y de momento por cuestiones de tiempo es un trabajo que he venido realizando de cierto modo con ayuda,ya que algunos de los nuevos ingresos han realizado lo que es el onboarding como tal y yo me encargo del acompañamiento.

En cuanto a la creación de las cuentas sí es mi responsabilidad, ya que soy quien tiene el acceso a los canales de discord de ocd, y este trabajo así como el de capacitación lo he venido realizando en su mayoría vía online lo que sin dudas es mucho más complicado pero dentro de todo resulta mucho más efectivo y no tengo que trasladarme de un lado a otro, sin embargo cuando se dan las condiciones me reúno personalmente como en el caso de la nueva hiver @nagazaky21, quien es prima de mi amiga @jesymora.

Con ella el trabajo ya estaba bastante adelantado ya que tenía lista su introducción y mi trabajo en ese momento era realizar la inducción y aperturar su cuenta, pero como la introducción ya estaba lista decidí ayudarla en el proceso de maquetado, creación de su portada y banner, y cerramos la tarde con su presentación publicado.

La verdad es que el proceso en persona es mucho más sencillo, porque aunque ya tengo un material listo para el trabajo online nada como tener a la persona a tu lado y poder guiar de manera directa, el feedback es completamente otra cosa, aunque de igual manera le envío el contenido escrito porque sabemos que los primeros pasos en Hive pueden resultar un tanto abrumadores, por lo que tener un material a la mano para poder leer ante cualquier duda es súper importante y es ahí cuando las guías para principiantes de @aliento nos ayudan un montón en este trabajo.

De momento contamos con 17 nuevos ingresos que van desde apenas unos días hasta los que ya cuentan con cerca de tres meses en su entrenamiento y que se mantienen activos en la plataforma, aún en su proceso de adaptación y encontrar su propio ritmo de trabajo.

At the moment we have 17 new entries that range from just a few days to those who already have about three months in their training and who remain active on the platform, still in the process of adaptation and finding their own rhythm of work.

Es fácil? La verdad no lo es, es un trabajo bastante agotador, sobre todo en cuanto manejo del grupo de los chicos, y aunque muchos trabajan por su cuenta, también hay muchos que aún necesitan de mí ayuda y supervisión, y por supuesto tengo que estar atenta a sus perfiles para asegurarme que estén cumpliendo con todos los requisitos que pide ocd para los integrantes del programa, además de llevar sus publicaciones a tiempo a los canales correspondientes a fin de ser votados, así que sí, es agotador, y es un trabajo diario, pero poder ver a la comunidad crecer, ver el compromiso de los Hivers de la isla es suficiente recompensa.

Is it easy? It's not really, it's quite an exhausting job, especially in terms of managing the group of kids, and although many work on their own, there are also many who still need my help and supervision, and of course I have to be attentive to their profiles to make sure they are meeting all the requirements that ocd asks for the members of the program, in addition to bringing their publications on time to the corresponding channels in order to be voted, so yes, it's exhausting, and it's a daily grind, but to be able to see the community grow, to see the commitment of the Hivers on the island is reward enough.
