English version
Ingredients:
- 1 apple
- 1 peach
- 1 glass of water (200 ml)
- Sugar (to taste)
Procedure:
I have noticed that the flavor of fruits changes if we boil them, so both the apple and the peach have this peculiarity. In fact, when you ask for a cardboard or glass juice in a bakery or buy it in a supermarket you will notice that the presentation of both fruits is cooked, so they are better preserved. Even if we look for a natural option in a cafeteria or commercial establishment, they will serve us the juice in the same way.
With this in mind, I proceeded to wash the fruits, remove the shell and chop them into small pieces. When the girl came to the kitchen, she indicated that she wanted to try, so she ate many pieces 馃槀 she didn't wait for me to make the juice.
Subsequently, I placed what I had left in a pot over medium heat, I continued with my project 馃槀. I let it cook for 10 minutes, when they softened the pieces, I set them aside in the oven off to cool.
Shortly after I liquefied them, finally I strained the drink and I was left with a thick and delicious juice. And the best part is that it had a sweet taste, so there was no need to add sugar, which allowed for a totally natural result. The little girl was getting "yellow whiskers", it was a lot of fun to joke with her while she was tasting her juice.
