Ingredients :
• 2 pcs Eggplant 2
• 4 tablespoons boiled water
Spices:
• 1 garlic
• 1/2 tsp of shrimp paste
• 2 large red peppers
• 4 chilli / appetizers
• 3 pcs of hazelnuts
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon brown sugar
Steps and Processes:
- Eggplant can be steamed / boiled / fried according to taste, coincidence sy choose steam spy reduce oil consumption.
