Hello! AOA. How are you all. Today I want to share a delicious okra aka bhindi and lad finger recipe which can be made in different styles according to taste.
It is so nutritious and unique in taste. This recipe is combination of both nutrition and taste accompanied by aromatic spices.
Okra 1 kg
Onion 1 large
Tomatoes 3-4
Oil
Ginger Garlic paste 2 tsp
Salt 1.5 tsp
Chilli powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Chopped green chillies
Chopped fresh coriander.
• Wash the vegetable and let it dry
• Cut them evenly
• Chop one large onion
• Take 3-4 tomatoes and blend them
• In a pot add oil to fry onion and okra
• Add chopped onion in the pot
• Fry untill golden brown and fragrant, the add ginger garlic paste
• Add chopped ladyfinger
•Add the spices
•Pour the tomato paste and let it fry untill the oil separates add water it necessary
• For garnish chop some fresh green chillies and coriander
• Yummy okra curry is ready, serve with chapati or naan withsalad
This recipe is easy to follow and turns out perfect. It s blend of taste and holds nutritional value as well. If you want it to be soft and tender cover it with lid for 10-12 minutes it turn into perfection. You can serve it with naan and rice as well. Another way to make it is to deep fry the okra untill golden and crispy. Both the recipes are amazing.
