"After two weeks almost completely removed from my normal training routine, I'm finally getting back to work. The first week was all about fighting an infection, weakness and a complete lack of energy, while the second was a slow process of regaining strength."

"All cities have things in common. Even the people who pass through them every day. Globalization has made this even more evident, as people of different appearances, races, and even customs fill the world’s cities every day."

"Today I’m sharing a few pictures from a walk where I came across this beautiful orchard covered with large nets. The nets stretched across the trees in different shapes, creating such an interesting pattern against the forest and sky."

"Earlier this year, I visited one of the local parks situated within the metro Vancouver urban area. I wrote a couple of posts (here and here), in which I highlighted a few key elements of this old growth forest. In particular, I mentioned that at some point this place was going to be developed for housing, but thanks to the intervention of locals, it was actually turned into a park and conservation area."
