Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.
First, I beat an egg with salt and ground black pepper, then I took a bread and placed it on a hot griddle, then poured the beaten egg on top of it and spread it all over the bread.
If you want, you can make wheat flour bread at home or buy it ready-made from the market.
Then after the egg, I spread finely chopped onion, green chilli and tomato on it and put the remaining egg on it again.
Then I put a spoonful of ghee on it and when it was slightly cooked, I turned it over and left it to cook for a while.
Then I turned it over and you can see that the egg and the vegetables on it were very well cooked.
Lightly crisp on the outside and soft within, each bite delivers a comforting warmth with a gentle kick of spice.
This wholesome wheat flatbread is layered with finely chopped eggs, fresh onions, tomatoes, and green chilies, creating a perfect balance of flavor and texture.
