Greetings to all Hive users and SWC athletes! I hope you are feeling great today, in this opportunity I come to share with you a couple of photos I managed to capture in my training along with a reflection about the discipline.

Coincidentally on this day I was very excited to go to the park to practice new skills and do some basics as usual, however throughout this month in my city and in several surrounding cities has been raining a lot, more specifically in the afternoons just before training (the unlucky ones has no day off as they say in my land). When I got to the park to train for obvious reasons my mood was a little off and after a few minutes of waiting for the rain to stop I decided to start my workout regardless of the weather or the probability of getting pneumonia.

This led me to think that in many occasions we let ourselves be carried away by events and external factors that alter our motivation and mood, when the truth is that in life you always have to remain unchanged in the face of circumstances and persevering to achieve goals. And although it sounds a bit cliché that's life, sometimes we don't want to train or undertake certain projects, but the discipline that takes us far is about doing the things we hate as if we love them.

In order not to extend this post too much, I sincerely want to point out that the processes that we do not like are often the most beneficial and constructive, such as physical fatigue and training.

Stay tuned for the next post, take care and see you next time!
