If someone is very organized in her purchases, she is chacald.dcymt@chacald.dcymt. Usually it is her husband who is in charge of going to the market to buy food, but recently she has felt in good spirits and health, and decided to go buy some vegetables, and chose the bell pepper as the star of her post, of which she offers us some great tips for buying, planting this vegetable, and explains how she uses it in her recipes.

In her beautiful post hindavi@hindavi takes us to a local farmer's shop to buy pumpkins, although she took advantage and also bought carrots and potatoes. There he shows us part of the offer they have of vegetables, fruits and juices, all 100% organic and also takes us to collect carrots. The star of her publication is pumpkins, which she uses in various preparations.

NOW LET'S GO WITH THE NEW “YOUR VEGGIE SHOPPING”

Today we are back, for the Fourth Edition of this weekly vegan challenge YOUR VEGGIE SHOPPING, an activity that has arisen in order to learn more about the shopping experience that everyone you, dear users, have to stock your pantry with food either in the markets, in the various commercial establishments or directly in the field, with the producers.

Among the purchases we make to stock our pantries, there is one that we perhaps make less frequently, and it is related to SPICES, those wonderful ingredients that give color, flavor, aroma and color to our plates. Each country, each culture, has its own mixtures of spices, so it is something extremely interesting to know. So for this new challenge, corresponding to week 4, we want to go shopping with you, but ONLY TO BUY SPICE. In this post you will not include vegetables, fruits or grains, only SPICES.

image.png

In your etnry, in addition to shopping with you, we want to know what criteria you use to choose your spices, what recipes you use them in and how you store them. We also want to see your final purchase and how much money you spent on that purchase.
