Hi everyone

Today, I would like to present a Thai menu that is Pork Panang Curry. It is a kind of red curry, But not very spicy, will be sweet. For cooked Panang curry we can use beef, chicken, pork or shrimp. Foreigners tend to like to eat. Because the Panang curry tastes not very spicy, with a sweet, mellow sweetness of coconut milk, Fragrant with herbs. We can eating with steamed rice or bread is also delicious.

Ingredients

300 grams pork
1 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons panaeng curry paste
1 tablespoons palm sugar
1 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoons vegetable cooking oil
10 basil leaves
4 kaffir lime leaves
1 red chilli

Procedure​

Step 1
Preparing the pork. Today I use pork loin, Bring to wash water thoroughl and sliced into well pieces and set aside.

Step 2
Set the pan on the stove, Add vegetable cooking oil, Wait for the oil to heat, Then add the curry paste and stir fry until fragrant. then pour the coconut milk in the curry paste and wait until it boils.

Step 3
Add the prepared pork. Stir fry until cooked. Flavored with fish and palm sugar.

Step 4
Wait until cooked, then add basil, chilli and kaffir lime leaves, then turn off the stove, put into a serving bowl, ready to serve hot steamed.
