- Fazer um refogado com azeite e cebola.
Juntar uma colher de sopa de polvilho doce mexer bem e adicionar leite vegetal aos poucos.
Temperar com sal noz moscada, acrescentar a carne mo铆da que pode ser assada, estufada, sobras do dia anterior, etc
Moldar os croquetes, passar por ovo e farinha de linha莽a e fritar em azeite.
