It’s a favorite of my whole family, and this time I made it again at my younger sister’s request. This dim sum is extra special because I topped it with spicy mayo sauce and torch them. Alright, let’s get started
Ingredients:
Instructions:





Add chopped green onions and crack an egg into the mixture
Process briefly





Add tapioca flour until the mixture thickens
Prepare the dim sum wrappers
Lightly brush water on top




Steam the dim sum in a steamer that has been brushed with sesame oil
Steam the dim sum for 30 minutes

Top the dim sum with spicy mayo sauce
Briefly torch until fragrant
