Hi bloggers and food lovers. How are you? Have a great weekend. My flu still hasn't gone away, so I cooked this dish, which is comforting, easy to make, and doesn't require many ingredients. Okay, let's get started.
Ingredients:
1 egg tofu
2 eggs
a handful of corn kernels
1 clove of red onion
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 spring onion
a little onion
a little vegetable oil
sesame oil
cornstarch
broccoli
850 ml water
pepper
salt
bouillon powder
Steps:
Clean the vegetables and other ingredients
Chop the shallot, garlic, and onion
Cut the egg tofu into pieces and coat with cornstarch
Fry the egg tofu until browned
Remove and drain
Add a little oil to the pan
Sauté the onion, garlic, spring onion stalks, and shallots until fragrant
Add the corn and sauté briefly
Add water
Crack 2 eggs and beat them
Once the water starts boiling, gradually add the beaten eggs
Stir briefly
Add the fried egg tofu and broccoli
Add sesame oil, pepper, salt, and bouillon powder seasoning
