Hi bloggers and food lovers! Today I’m going to share another simple, easy, and filling recipe that doesn’t require many ingredients. I still have a few leftover crabsticks in the fridge, so this time I’m going to make some satisfying crabstick sushi. Let’s get started!
Ingredients:
4 crabsticks
1 egg
4 sheets of nori/toasted seaweed
cream cheese
chili sauce
150 grams of cooked rice
1 tbsp sesame oil
cooking oil
Instructions:
Prepare the crabsticks and cut them into 2 pieces
Cut the nori lengthwise and wrap it around the crabsticks like this
Mash the ends of the crabsticks with a fork
Crack 1 egg and add a pinch of salt and pepper
Beat the egg until well combined
Dip the crabsticks into the beaten egg
Fry pan the crabsticks briefly in a little oil
Remove and set aside
Prepare warm cooked rice and place it in a bowl
Add 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sprinkle toasted nori flakes on top
Stir until well combined, then press the rice into a rice mold
Press the rice into the mold, then place it on a plate
Spread cream cheese over the rice, then add spicy sauce on top
Top with toasted seaweed
Place the egg-coated crabsticks on top of the rice
