Omg, I love cherries but I always eat them raw. Your recipe looks delicious, just seeing that colour in the muffins makes me salivate... the best thing is that it is very easy to make, it has ingredients that I can find without problems, so I do not rule out making the attempt to reproduce it, hehe.
