Looking a lot better than my previous attempt, we arrive at day 4
Day 4 and we have some proper smell and development going on. I removed 150g of starter that I put into a dough that is resting over night for tomorrow's bake again. Then I added 100g of water and 100g of flour again and mixed it up and back it goes until tomorrow.

Added 100g of flour
All mixed up to be ready for some more feeding tomorrow
Some bread I baked with yesterdays discarded starter. I had to add yeast as it's not there yet
